After conducting diagnostic tests and thorough analysis of the test results, an attending physician determines, along with the patients, further method of proceeding. Statistics show that only 5% to 10% of couples with infertility problems require the application of assisted reproduction techniques. In case of the remaining couples, the application of hormonal treatment, anti-inflammation treatment and minor surgical operations allows to become pregnant.
Each of the assisted reproduction methods is connected to taking up a controlled stimulation of ovulation by a female patient. The objective of such stimulation is to obtain, in the same time, a larger number of ovarian follicles as well as the increase in the number of egg cells. During the stimulation of ovulation, the patient undergoes ultrasonographic and hormonal tests.
An attending physician makes the choice of a stimulation method while taking into consideration the patient’s age and hormonal response to the ovary function test.

Assisted reproduction methods are as following:
- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) (involves inserting semen, previously appropriately prepared in a laboratory, into a woman’s uterus
- IVF-ET - in vitro fertilization with embryo transfer (involves taking an egg cell from a female patient and making it fertilized by sperm outside of the woman’s organism, in laboratory conditions; then, the well-developing embryos are transferred into the uterus)
- Insemination with the use of micromanipulation, i.e. ICSI (involves inserting one sperm into an egg cell by means of special equipment and under microscope control; further stages are the same as in the case of IVF).
- IVF - ET , IUI sperm donation , we have own Sperm Bank and cooperate with international sperm banks.
- IVF - ET, oocyte donation.
- We are able to coperate with other IVF Clinics in the world.
- re-stimulating of ovulation;
- potential post-surgery complications;
- multiple pregnancy;
